Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
SalesBizLab We are is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range:
$19.50 – $31.00 hourly
Location: Orlando, FL
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
