JOB SUMMARY
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills to manage front desk operations efficiently.

The receptionist is part of the administrative team and reports to the executive assistant. This position bears full responsibility for all agreed upon goals and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers phones at the front desk using a friendly and calm manner while directing them to the proper Belimo department or employee.
Serves visitors by welcoming, verifying, and notifying Belimo personnel.
Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges using the SINE software.
Provides administrative support as required.
Communicates any safety concerns or irregularities at the front desk to Belimo security.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the reception guide.
Maintains the appearance of the lobby and front entrance, including but not limited to office plants and seasonal dcor.
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
Assists with travel arrangements as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of reception experience.
High School Diploma.
Must be proficient using computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a proactive and positive attitude.
Punctuality, reliability, attention to detail and time management are essential.
Must be self-motivated and a fast learner.
Familiarity with phone systems a plus.
This is a desk-intensive position with scheduled breaks.
Required hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
The base pay for this position ranges from $23 – $23 hourly with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employees annual base salary.
