Description
Summary:
Front Desk Agents are to accommodate Hotel patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting messages, making and confirming reservations, and collecting payments from departing guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of the hotel
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as issues or guest needs arise
Make and confirm reservations
Collect payments from departing guests
Answer phone calls for reservations, local information, and any other guest needs/inquiries
Assist guests with requests and deliver items if no housekeeping is available
During down time make sure the lobby area is clean and presentable.
Check public restrooms for cleanliness
Stock and clean coffee and water station
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.

Position Type and Expected Work Hours
Full-time or Part-Time, Hourly
Employees are required to be available to work early morning shifts, mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Overtime may be required during peak seasons
