Job Function Summary
As part of the Credentialing and Licensing department, the Pharmacist-In-Charge, will work to ensure that, where applicable and to the extent possible, all applicable state and local regulations are met with respect to out-of-state mail order pharmacies. This may include, maintaining business integrity, credentialing, and business audits, both internally and externally.
This is a part time position. Schedule and hours to be discussed.
Major Areas of Accountability
Assisting in the review and development of policies and procedures for the acceptance of prescriptions
Reviewing patient medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
Identifying and communicating operational deficiencies while complying with company policies & procedures
Working cross functionally with internal stakeholders to support organizational requirements
Serve as a clinical resource for non-medical staff
Support training and education on clinical need qualifications, justification, and regulatory requirements when knowledge gaps are identified for internal associates
Understanding and adhering to all company and department policies, procedures, and process documents

Basic Qualifications
Must have minimally completed a Masters degree program and minimally holds the designation of RPh
Must be licensed in the state of Florida; may be required to obtain and maintain additional licenses as dictated by state requirements
Strong competency of the US healthcare and payer rules specifically related to DME
Proven ability to establish and foster stakeholder relationships
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Pharmacist-In-Charge experience with another DMEPOS supplier
Experience working with urological and ostomy supplies
Proven ability to work in a remote high paced environment

The compensation range for this position is starting at $55 per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
