Your Quest Should You Choose to Accept it
(Key Responsibilities)
Lead weekly 2-hour clinical training that prepares our team to battle any injury foe
Develop a fellowship program in sports biomechanics (minus the hobbits)
Oversee onboarding and development of new physical therapists to wield their orthopedic and movement knowledge with confidence and consistency.
Relentlessly pursue growth and innovation to always be sharpening the sword.
Set the bar and standard for exceptional clinical practice.
Live and uphold the core values of Competitive Edge to drive retention
Achieve KPI metrics of patient visit average, package conversion rate, and net promotor score
Maintain a client caseload of 28 visits per week, with the rest of your time focused on building, supporting, training, and up-leveling the clinician team.
Defeat the evil insurance companies by throwing the reimbursement ring into the fire (yes, were a fully cash-based clinic!).

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 + performance bonuses
401(k) with 4% company matching
