Join us.Job DescriptionThe Leeding Builders Group, a division of AECOM, has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team of professionals in Mid-Town Manhattan. Greet visitors upon arrival. Escort visitors to the appropriate conference room or meeting location.Notify parties by phone and/or email when a visitor(s) arrives. Follow up with parties if/when guests are waiting for an extended period of time.Register visitors with the building registration system prior to the guests arrival. Correspond with the lobby attendant and building management.Answer and screen incoming telephone inquiries, both external and internal, and direct calls as necessary to the appropriate parties in the office and at jobsites.Pass along messages from callers and visitors, as needed, when the appropriate party is unable to receive a call or meet with a visitor.Reserve conference rooms; verify the availability of conference rooms.Receive incoming mail/deliveries and distribute to appropriate parties. Maintain office machines, including ordering essential supplies. Maintain office common areas and conference rooms. Experience in construction, A/E, real estate, office environments. Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).Experience with office equipment such as printers/scanners, etc. Excellent verbal/written and organizational skills.Ability to manage reception area including meeting and greeting guests, visitors, employees, clients, etc. Ability to manage confidential information of confidential conversations, while maintaining professional comportment.
