Overview The Receptionist represents the face of the company in our corporate office by greeting guests, vendors and directing deliveries. An essential function of this position is ensuring that the office environment is welcoming and running efficiently and effectively by taking the lead on front office activities. Responsibilities Greeting customers in person or on the telephone. Answering or referring inquiries. Managing and organizing front desk and lobby office space. Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing/expediting orders, and verifying receipt of purchases. Organizing and sorting incoming mail, packages and interoffice mail. Assisting facilities with building needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate well and clearly. Organizational and interpersonal skills. Desire to learn quickly. Have excellent communication and people skills. Are attentive to detail. Can maintain high quality work while managing multiple tasks. Starting salary/wage for this opportunity: $19.88 to $26.51 Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, a wellbeing program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, based on both company and individual performance, as well as short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards.
