We are looking for a professional, highly organized, and welcoming individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, this role plays a vital part in shaping the first impression of our company. The ideal candidate will have a polished appearance, excellent hospitality skills, and a warm, approachable demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the company, greeting all visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain a well-groomed, business-appropriate appearance at all times in line with company dress code standards
Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling visitor registrations, managing client facing conference rooms, and maintaining front desk supplies
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and reflective of the companys high standards
Compose and respond to emails clearly, professionally, and with attention to tone and detail
Coordinate with internal departments and support office operations as needed
Handle visitor sign-ins and maintain a secure, welcoming environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or hospitality role preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional appearance and understanding of corporate dress code standards
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in email communication and office software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
Friendly, dependable, and adaptable attitude with a customer service mindset
